About Noc Goddess

Promoting The Divinity in Darkness and Inspiring Others To Embrace Wholeness.

“Noc” means “night” in Polish (I am half Polish). I have always been drawn to the darker side of creativity. Something about the balance of darkness in contrast to light has intrigued me, sparked my creativity and has awoken me to deeper truths.

My Art

I have been drawing my entire life and have always loved creating. I have a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, initially starting out as an Architecture major before switching 3 years in.

My art style first took root when my little sister and former professor introduced me to Zentangles. I fell in love with the meditative aspect of this type of art, especially with it’s reflective quality towards one’s life journey. But, it was a friend I made on a hiking trail that sparked my soul to express the divine feminine through my art. I drew a goddess for her enchanting and inspiring business and felt my creativity blossom onto a new path. (Check out her store here). Now, I explore more than feminine figures as my art is still evolving while I peel the layers of limitation that have been suffocating my truth.

As I explore my creativity, my intentions for my art are:

  • To express the beauty in darkness; darkness as divine
  • To express my soul’s uniqueness and personal journey
  • To depict the ethereal nature of all things
  • To spark healing and balance
  • To inspire others to embrace all parts of themselves
  • To share my truth and favorite form of meditation

I say “embrace” because we cannot rid any part of ourselves. The universe has both light and dark; we are the universe. We cannot run away from or resist these truths. We must become aware of all aspects of ourselves, including our darkness. Only when we embrace all aspects and see them as divine can we learn to transmute and rework perceived dark energy into creative energy. The void, the darkness, is where ideas are birthed. From our emptiness springs forth our creativity. From our darkness springs forth our light. This concept I am still understanding and learning myself.

(It’s important to note that embracing one’s darkness does not mean succumbing to it. I am in no way promoting others to cause hurt, pain or suffering to themselves or others. I am suggesting a different way to view dark aspects and a healthy way of responding to them.)

My Jewelry

All my pieces are inspired from the Night, the Stars, the Moon and the Universe. Each piece is a reminder of the night and its eternal beauty.

I first started off wire-wrapping crystals but then thought how beautiful it would be to incorporate wood and crystals together. Since I love to draw and doodle, I fell in love with wood-burning. Combining the the two mediums reminds us of the beauty of contrast found in all aspects of life and the importance of balancing all aspects of oneself.

The celestial doodles represent our connection to the whole universe, the vast, open dark space, the beauty in that darkness, and the light that can always be seen. They bring in the energy and light from above, reminding us of our eternal spiritual existence.

The wood helps us feel grounded, representing our connection to mother earth and our temporary physical existence. Trees are wisdom keepers that reflect our own internal knowing, something that can’t be taken away from us.

Crystals and glass reminds us of our purity, our beauty, our strength and yet our rough edges. Their density radiates energy that can aid us in a multitude of ways.

My Blog

My main intention with the Hauntingly Holographic Blog is to have a container to discus my thoughts on shadow integration, the universe, spirituality, and esoteric concepts in art and pop culture. The vehicle I express my insights range from creative writing and poetry, to short essays and personal stories.

I hope my posts will help others on their spiritual, personal empowerment or development journeys and inspire other goddesses and gods to explore and philosophize the world around them as well!

If you have stumbled across my creations, I hope you find them inspiring and healing. Thank you for being apart of my journey back to truth and thank you for letting me be apart of yours.
